Jennifer Ori Agbo is a highly skilled and results-oriented professional with extensive academic credentials, including LLB and BL degrees from the University of Maiduguri and the Nigerian Law School, and an MBA in Human Resources from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She also holds a Customer Service Management Certificate from the EDC Pan-African University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators. Agbo has received training on ISO standards, including QMS 9001:2015 and OHS 45001:2018, and has attended numerous seminars, workshops, and conferences on relevant topics in health insurance and managed care.
With over 15 years of working experience, Agbo has served as a legal officer and associate partner in various companies. She is an innovative lawyer with expertise in developing strategies and writing persuasive briefs, and is a skilled negotiator with broad experience in trial and general corporate practice. Agbo is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
Mrs. Aderounmu Oluwatobiloba
Head of Admin
Aderounmu Oluwatobiloba is a highly qualified and experienced professional with an MBA in Human Resources from the National Open University of Nigeria, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Nasarawa State University, and an HND in Secretarial Studies from The Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria and a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Professional Secretaries.
Oluwatobiloba began her career with United Healthcare International Limited in 2007 as a secretary and has since risen to the position of Head of the Administration Department. She has attended numerous seminars, workshops, trainings, and conferences throughout her career. Oluwatobiloba is married with children.

Dr. Kolawole Owoka
Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Kolawole Ajao Owoka is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with a wealth of experience and education in the field. He obtained his BSc in Zoology from the University of Ibadan in 1974 and later earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the College of Medicine at the University of Lagos in 1981. During his time at the University of Lagos, Dr. Owoka served as the President of the Student Union in 1978/79. In addition to his medical education, Dr. Owoka has also completed an executive management course on health insurance at Harvard University School of Public Health, received training on social health insurance at the ILO training center in Turin, Italy, and earned a Master's degree in International Hospital and Healthcare Management from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Dr. Owoka is also highly active in the community. He has served as a past district governor of Rotary International and as the Rotary International Coordinator for Health Concerns in Europe and Africa's Zone 10. He was also the Project Chairman for the Rotary International Maternal and Child/Vesicovaginal Fistula/Maternal and Perinatal Death Surveillance Response Project, which has donated hospital equipment to numerous hospitals. Dr. Owoka is a member of ISQUA (International Society for Quality in Healthcare) and has served as the Chairman of HMCAN (Health and Managed Care Association of Nigeria), the umbrella organization for HMOs in Nigeria, from 2012 to 2016. He is currently the Vice-President of Agriculture and Chairman of the Medical Industry Trade group at the Abuja Chambers of Commerce and Industries, and is also a member of the National Reproductive Health Technical Working Group in the Federal Ministry of Health.
In addition to his professional and community endeavors, Dr. Owoka holds the title of High Chief Sawe of Ute land and enjoys hobbies such as reading, watching movies, cycling, and skipping rope daily. He is married with children.
Dr. Kazeem Mustapha
Executive Director
Dr. Kazeem Mustapha is a highly trained and experienced medical professional who has dedicated his career to improving healthcare in Nigeria. He received his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and has also completed a postgraduate degree in hospital and healthcare management at Frenkfort school of Finance and Administration. In addition to his formal education, Dr. Mustapha has received extensive training in health insurance and healthcare financing from prestigious institutions around the world, including the International Labour Organization, the World Bank, and the University of California.
Dr. Mustapha is a Fellow of the Institute of Development Administration, the Association of Corporate Governance of Nigeria, and the Institute of Healthcare Finance and Management. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), the Nigeria Medical Association, the International Institute for Quality in Healthcare, and the Rotary club of Abuja Metro. In 2009/2010, he served as the pioneer District Governor of Rotary International District 9125.
Currently, Dr. Mustapha is the Executive Director of United Healthcare International, one of Nigeria's leading health insurance and health maintenance organizations (HMOs). He is also the Vice Chairman of the Nigeria National Polio Plus committee and the Chairman of the Oyo Forum, the Oyo Alaafin society Abuja Branch. In his personal life, Dr. Mustapha is married with children and is a member of the I.B.B Golf Club Abuja.
Mr. Raheem Olayiwola Lasisi
Head of Underwriting & Client services
Raheem Olayiwola Lasisi (FIHFM, AIIN, MBA, SMCILRMN) is a highly experienced and respected Chartered Insurance Practitioner. With over 20 years in the industry, he has expertise in general business, life and health insurance underwriting, marketing, and claims administration, with a focus on micro insurance and retail marketing. He holds an MBA from Nasarawa State University and a Higher National Diploma in Insurance from The Polytechnic Ibadan. Lasisi has held various management positions at companies including Custodian & Allied Insurance, UNIC Insurance, Subtle Insurance Brokers, and United Healthcare International. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Health Finance & Management of Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, and a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. Lasisi has attended numerous seminars, workshops, and trainings both nationally and internationally. He is happily married.
Mr. Gimba A. Ismail
Head of Business Development and Marketing
Gimba A. Ismail is a highly qualified business professional with a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Calabar and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Auchi Polytechnic. He is a CIHFM and a Member of the National Institute of Marketing, Nigeria. Ismail has attended numerous courses within and outside of his profession and has worked as Business Development Head for various HMOs. Currently, he is the head of the Business Development and Marketing Department at United Healthcare International Ltd. Ismail is married with children.
Mr. Adewale T. Adebola
Acting Head of Information & Communication Technology
Adebola T. Adewale is an accomplished ICT leader and enterprise network architect with over 14 years of experience designing, securing, and scaling mission-critical technology systems. Holding an HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer Science, along with industry certifications including CCNA and CCNP Route, Adebola bridges advanced technical engineering with executive leadership. At United Healthcare International in Abuja, he directs the organization's core technology infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and robust cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring high-availability network operations that power nationwide healthcare service delivery. Adebola’s career is defined by a commitment to strategic innovation, resilient infrastructure design, and driving digital transformation within Nigeria's healthcare sector.
Mr. Oluwole Ogunbadeniyi
Acting Head of Internal Audit & Control
Oluwole Ogunbadeniyi is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with many years of experience in strengthening financial governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector. He is known for his strategic leadership, integrity, and ability to drive organization-wide improvements through robust internal controls and risk-based auditing. Oluwole oversees enterprise audit programmes, leads complex financial and operational investigations, and advises executive leadership on governance, compliance, and emerging risks. His expertise spans financial management, treasury operations, IFRS reporting, ISO 9001 auditing, tax compliance, and process optimization. He has a proven track record of implementing efficient financial systems, enhancing reconciliation accuracy, improving cash management, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business units. Oluwole is recognized for fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. He is happily married with children.
Mr. Abdulsalam Samsudeen Kolawole
Head of Finance & Accounts
Abdulsalam Samsudeen Kolawole is a highly experienced and respected certified National Accountant with decades of professional experience in the financial and health insurance services. He has a strong background in banking operations, treasury management operations/fund management, management accounting, auditing & investigation, and quality control services. Kolawole currently serves as the Chief Finance Officer of United Healthcare International Limited.
Before joining United Healthcare International Limited in 2009, Kolawole worked for Integrated Microfinance Bank Plc where he was instrumental in establishing the Internal Control/Audit operations at the Kano Regional office of the bank as the Deputy Internal Control Manager. During his time at IMFB Plc, he was involved in the risk management and internal control teams.
Kolawole is dedicated to delivering quality services to customers/clients and has participated in committees focused on improving quality and processes. He holds an MBA in Finance/Investment and a BSc in Accounting from Bayero University Kano. He is an Associate member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria. Kolawole has attended numerous professional and leadership training programs over the years. He is happily married with children.
Mr. Adesoji Idowu

ADESOJI IDOVU is a seasoned healthcare management leader and data analysis professional with over fourteen years of experience in Nigeria's health insurance sector. His strategic expertise is strengthened by specialized training, including Leadership in Healthcare Management from the University of Washington, which complements his strong academic foundation in statistics and security studies. His career is built on a commitment to continuous learning, holding a postgraduate diploma in criminology and security studies and an ongoing postgraduate diploma in statistics, in addition to his core HND in statistics. This unique academic blend enables him to effectively manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of key public, private, and law enforcement clients, including institutions like the EFCC and ICPC. His professional acumen is further honed through targeted training in SPSS Proficiency, Utilization Review and Management, Effective Communication, and Managed Care Cost Containment from esteemed institutions such as the Institute for Healthcare Finance and Management (IHFM) and RCDbridge Healthcare Academy. Regular participation in United Healthcare International's Annual Staff Training ensures his practices remain aligned with evolving industry standards. As the Head of the Client Services and Underwriting Department at United Healthcare International Ltd, Adesoji leverages his robust analytical and managerial skills to oversee client portfolios, develop policies and benefit packages, and analyze service feedback to drive enrollment growth and operational excellence.
