Quality Policy

United Healthcare International Limited (UHI) as a health maintenance organization (HMO) is committed to:

  • Operate a health maintenance service of the high quality standards that ensures compliance to all applicable Customers, Regulatory/Statutory, UHI’ Organizational and other interested parties requirements within the context of our organization with the resultant improvement in their health outcome or status.
  • Effective implementation and continual improvement of our Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements and other relevant feedbacks in order to achieve its strategic objectives and enhance organizational performance.

This policy, which provides framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives established and maintained at relevant functions and levels of the organization.

The Managing Director ensures that this Quality Policy statement is communicated to relevant interested parties and all employees in a manner that shall ensure suitable application to assigned tasks and continually reviewed for suitability, effectiveness and continual improvement during management review meetings.

It is the responsibility of all UHI personnel to apply the intent of this Policy to assigned duties and to the best of their abilities. They also have the responsibility to report any poor quality work that may affect their output and the overall quality management system of UHI.
